At A Taste of Kentucky, we take great pride in the quality of our regional goods and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return non-perishable items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Email our support team or call our Louisville office to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fragile Kentucky-made goods are properly cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
